Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) Process
We will be automating the Return Merchandise Authorization Process in the near future. Until we fully implement this enhancement please follow the following instructions.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A product “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by RosesPetSupplies, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
You may obtain an RMA number by contacting RosesPetSupplies Customer Service via our contact us page or calling 1-888-446-6116.
A Return Authorization Number will be valid for 30 days from date of issuance. The RMA Number will be emailed to you at the address used when you purchased your product. Included with the RMA email will be instructions for the return and the address of the warehouse that will handle your return.
Please note that ANY returns sent without prior return authorization cannot and will not be processed and will be returned to you at your expense.
Items must be returned in original unused condition (including: packaging, inserts, tags, labels, accessories, etc.). Please note that in the case of pet beds and pet pads, due to health concerns we cannot accept returns if the item shows any signs of use, for example scratches, odors, fur, pet hairs etc.
The "Return Authorization Number" must be clearly indicated on the outside of each package or the package will be refused.
If we determine the return is due to our error, Rose’s Pet Supplies will issue a full refund. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, Rose’s Pet Supplies will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less shipping costs included in the purchase price and possibly a restocking fee.
Your account will be reimbursed based on the original method of payment within 14 business days from receipt of the returned merchandise.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.
We cannot accept returns for products that were assembled or modified, made to order, or excluded for return by the manufacturer.
When shipping is included in the product price, such as those marked "Free Shipping", actual shipping costs would be deducted from your refund.
Some products carry a restocking fee which would be deducted from your refund. Please contact us if you need more information about shipping, restocking and exclusions on any products you are considering purchasing.
Products that are returned will be declared not eligible for return for any of the following reasons. These products can be sent back to you at your cost and expense:
- Any product not purchased from RosesPetSupplies.com
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
- Any product that shows any signs of wear
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
