Standard Return Policies

These are RosesPetSupplies.com’s (“RosesPetSupplies”, “we” or “our”) General Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the RosesPetSupplies.com website. We are committed to your satisfaction 100%. If you are not satisfied with something you bought from us, you may send it back, within 30 days of the invoice date, and we shall be happy to credit, exchange, or refund the purchase price of that item, less any shipping or handling costs. All Open Box merchandise has a 10-day warranty period. All refunds will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee to reflect the current market value.  “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by RosesPetSupplies, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

To take advantage of Roses Pet Supplies's satisfaction guarantee, the Customer must comply with the Product Return Procedure detailed below. Any breach of Roses Pet Supplies's Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss of Roses Pet Supplies's refund/replacement guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  You may obtain an RMA number by contacting RosesPetSupplies Customer Service through any of the methods provided at www.RosesPetSupplies.com/RMA. A "Return Authorization Number" must be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department. This number will be valid for 30 days. Included with the RMA will be instructions for the return and the address of the warehouse that will handle your return. Please note that ANY returns sent without prior return authorization cannot and will not be processed and will only be returned to you at your expense.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Roses Pet Supplies. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Roses Pet Supplies's Return Procedure will be breached and Roses Pet Supplies may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).

Items must be returned in original unused condition (including: packaging, inserts, tags, labels, accessories, etc.). Please note that in case of pet beds and pet pads, due to health concerns we cannot accept returns if the item shows any signs of use, i.e: fur, pet hairs etc. Customer must prominently display the Return Authorization Number(s) on the shipping label, clearly indicated on the outside of each package or the package will be refused.  

If we determine the return is due to our error, Rose’s Pet Supplies will issue a full refund. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, Rose’s Pet Supplies will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less shipping costs included in the purchase price and possibly a restocking fee.

Your account will be reimbursed based on the original method of payment within 14 business days from receipt of return merchandise. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.

We cannot accept returns for products that were assembled or modified, made to order, or excluded for return by the manufacturer. When shipping is included in the product price, such as those marked "Free Shipping", actual shipping costs would be deducted from your refund. Also, some of our products carry a restocking fee which would be deducted from your refund. Please contact us if you need more information about shipping, restocking and exclusions on any products you are considering purchasing.

If you wish to return a Bundle Special for a refund, you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE within 30 days of purchase. Note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Components within a Bundle Special may be returned for repair/replacement only. Individual items may only be returned for repair/replacement if an RMA number is acquired within the Return Policy period.

Products that are returned will be declared not eligible for return for any of the following reasons. These items will be sent back to you at your cost and expense:

  • Any product not purchased from RosesPetSupplies.com
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage
  • Any product that shows wear
  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

Mail-In Rebate Policy
Any product offering a mail-in rebate is not returnable to RosesPetSupplies once the rebate has been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Only the product manufacturer can replace a defective item missing the UPC code.

Combo, Bundle and Kit Specials
Combo, Bundle, and Kit Specials include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount.
Items sold as part of a Combo, Bundle or Kit may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable Return Policy Period for that individual item.
If an individual Combo, Bundle or Kit item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your combo/bundle/kit discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo/bundle/kit in order to receive a refund.
- For example: if your combo/bundle/kit discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your RMA refund amount.

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If RosesPetSupplies no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email of two options: 1) RosesPetSupplies can send you a comparable replacement item, or 2) RosesPetSupplies can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.

Quantity Purchases
While RosesPetSupplies is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies. Please contact Customer Service with any questions you may have.
 
A & E Cage Return Policy

Items are non-returnable unless item is defective. Defective items can only be returned within 7 business days of your receiving them.
If the merchandise is defective, you will be asked to return the product to A&E Cage Company Shipment Center. They will then ship out another item in exchange. The item is not returnable if it is not defective.
 
ABO Gear Return Policy

Return Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be paid by the customer.
The RA (Return Authorization) number issued must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
RA numbers issued by ABO Gear are good for a period of 15 days.

Animal Stuff Pet Return Policy

Returns without a RMA Number will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Returns that are obvious;y used will incur a 50% restocking fee.
All returns must be received within 30 days of original shipping date.
We do not cross ship, if an item is being returned in exchange for another item, we will not ship the replacement until we receive the first item.
We don't refund money until we receive the item.

A 10% restocking fee for returns
If a product is exchanged (typically for a different size)
  the customer will be responsible for all future shipping costs and items' price-difference (if any)
  there is no restocking fee on exchanges
Exceptions: Dean & Tyler will not refund and/or exchange the following products:
 *  Final Sale products
 *  Used products that are not defective
 *  Customized products (options or sizes not listed on our website)
 *  Products that have been damaged by outside influences including but not limited to chewing, scratching, fire or excessive heat, intentional cutting, etc…

Dog Collar Fancy Return Policy

The collars and leads are custom made to order. They will not accept any returns unless it was a mistake on our or their part. Be sure you are measuring your pets for exact snug neck measurement to insure the perfect fit. They do not cover sizing mistakes.

Items are non-returnable unless item is a manufacturer defective. Guarantee does not cover against ripping or tearing.

Doggie Designer Return Policy

Items may be returned if they are in new condition with original packaging. Items will not be accepted for return if they are soiled or have dog hair on them.
All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable and additional shipping will be charged for exchanges. Defective Merchandise: Defective merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase. A replacement item will be shipped out at no charge.  
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: BEDS, CARRIERS, CUSTOMIZED BOWLS AND TREAT JARS, AND ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN DISCOUNTED OR THAT ARE ON CLEARANCE. RETURNS (INCLUDING EXCHANGES) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON THESE ITEMS. 

EXCHANGE
Products may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of purchase. Exchanged merchandise must be in new condition and returned with all original packaging. Merchandise that is soiled or that has dog hair on it will not be accepted. All exchanges must be pre-authorized and standard shipping charges will apply on all replacement merchandise.

Great Paw warrants all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from purchase. Will replace defective items if, in Great Paws sole discretion, the product contains a defect.  Great Paws liability is limited to replacement of product. Defects are limited to defective construction and defects in materials. Problems caused by environmental conditions are not covered under warranty under any conditions. Any misuse, abuse, or failure to obey operating rules or instructions and/or failure to properly store product may void warranty. All warranties are REPLACEMENT ONLY, and do not provide for any cash returns or account credits. Great Paw may replace defective items with the same product or product of similar specifications of equal or greater value within 60 days of written notification of warranty claim. Supplier provides no warranty for Buyer’s Remorse.  Required data may include, but is not limited to: original order data, description and pictures, or full return of items claimed. A typical restocking/return fee generally applies to all returns. All shipping costs for returns and exchanges/replacements must be paid for by the customer. No credit will be given for used or damaged product returns.

Warranty
Merry Products Inc. products are warranted for 1 year, under normal use, to be free form defects in materials and workmanship. 

Molly and Friends Return Policy

We do not accept returns for customer remorse, however we will cancel orders up until the time that they are shipped regardless of whether or not they have already been built. Pictures of the damage will be required for an evaluation of damage. If a unit arrives damaged, we encourage customers to refuse the shipment, the carrier will return the damaged unit to us and a new unit will be automatically sent out.
Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Merchandise may be returned for our inspection and if found defective, will be replaced or credited at our discretion. A 20% restocking charge will be assessed to any merchandise returned which we deem not defective and no fault of Molly and Friends. Molly and Friends may only credit return shipping expense if inspection determines our error. 
**Rose’s Pet Supplies in coordination with Molly and Friends hopes to constructively and even creatively resolve individual single unit return issues due to the large expense of shipping replacements and returns.**

We will take returns/exchanges within 60 days from the time the product is shipped, if the customer is not satisfied with the product for any reason.
We reserve the right to reject any returns from the consumer without a valid RMA number.
All return / exchanges are subject to up to 25% restocking charge.
If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, We will replace the product without additional charges. Please do NOT send the defective product back. Obtain a RMA with instructions on how to proceed. We will NOT be responsible for shipping cost for returning a known defective item.

Repackage the item in the original product packaging and clearly indicate the purchaser’s name and address with the return (include a copy of the invoice if possible). If you return an item and do not want an exchange, you are not charged any additional fees
NOTE: All returned items must be in new, unused condition without dog hair, dirt, etc. Please use a damp cloth to remove any dirt and remove dog hair. If we need to clean your returned item you will be charged a $10.00 minimum cleaning fee.

Wally Leads Return Policy

Return Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be paid by the customer.
Please mail your returned item to: WalleyLeads Return #, 3 Mt Walley Road, Waltham, MA 02451. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return with the original receipt and return #. Merchandise that has been altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
NOTE: All returned items must be in new, unused condition without dog hair, dirt, etc. Please use a damp cloth to remove any dirt and remove dog hair. If we need to clean your returned item you will be charged a $10.00 minimum cleaning fee.
